Overview

Code review, ticket triage, email replies, daily reports: repetitive tasks take up team time every day. ScaleXI Crew provides autonomous AI employees that work around the clock, across six departments.

Each AI employee has a persona, a job description, assigned projects and real tools, through LangGraph ReAct agents with tool-calling. You start with project management (GitHub digests, pull request review, issue triage, risk assessment), then add marketing, HR, business development, finance and customer support.

The platform is self-hosted and containerized: data stays with the customer. Each agent picks its model (Claude, GPT, Gemini or local Ollama), and the Community Edition is announced under the AGPLv3 licence.

The problem

Code review, ticket triage, email, daily reports: repetitive tasks that take up team time every day.

The AI solution

ScaleXI Crew deploys autonomous agents built with LangGraph and able to call real tools. It works with several LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Ollama) and can be self-hosted.

Key figures

  • 30+ AI skills
  • 6 departments
  • 4 LLM providers
  • 24/7 autonomous

How it works

  1. Install

Self-host with Docker, or start from the console; the Free plan is the Community Edition.

  2. Hire an AI employee

Define its persona, job description, projects and the language model it uses.

  3. Connect tools

GitHub and email (IMAP), then Slack, Jira, Linear, Teams or PagerDuty depending on the plan.

  4. Let it work

Agents run their tasks continuously, with human oversight and, on the Business plan, an audit log.

Features in detail

Daily digest and reports

Every morning, a summary of GitHub activity, team metrics and detected blockers.

Code review and PR analysis

The agent reviews pull requests, checks quality signals and submits its review: comment, approve or request changes.

Issue triage and resolution

Classify, label, assign and comment on issues, then close resolved issues with a structured summary.

Risk assessment

Risk scoring for stale PRs, velocity drops and unassigned issues, with mitigation plans and a priority matrix.

Email automation

IMAP polling, smart routing and AI-drafted replies, with security checks and supervisor oversight.

Multi-LLM

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini or local Ollama: each agent picks its own model and provider.

Six departments

Project management, marketing, HR, business development, finance and customer support, with 30+ skills in total.

Self-hosted

Containerized, extensible architecture: your data stays with you, with no vendor lock-in.
